Q: What do I do first?
A: You'll need to create a profile. Under the New Member heading on the login page, click Build Your Profile.

Q: How do I access my exisiting profile?
A: After you have logged in using your login ID and password, click My Profile. You can edit your profile at any time from this screen.

Q: I've forgotten my password, now what?
A: Click Forgot Password? on the login page. Your password will be e-mailed to you.

Q: I've created a profile, but did not apply for a specific position. Will I be contacted if my profile is a good match for future openings?
A: If you create a profile but do not apply for a position in the Eleventh District, recruiters will not be able to search on your profile. You must for a position before a recruiter can search your profile.

Q: How do I add a preformatted resume or other documents to My Profile?
A: Click My Profile and then click Add a document to this candidateAdd. Browse to your document, give it a title, select a category and click Attach.

Q: So how do I apply for a job?
A: Click My Searches to begin your job search. After you've decided on a job you'd like to be considered for, click Apply to this job at the bottom of the job description.

To view similar jobs to the position you are already viewing, click View similar job.

Q: Do I have to add a cover letter?
A: No. You can apply without one.

Q: How do I know that I have successfully applied for a job?
A: In My Workbench, the job title that you have applied for will display, along with a message that reads "Added to Requisition" This is the only status that will display. As you are moved through the recruiting process this status will disappear and no other will appear.

Also, You should receive an e-mail within an hour or so, thanking you for applying for the position. If you do not receive this e-mail, log in to your profile and confirm that you have been Added to the Requisition that you applied for. If you do not see the requisition, resubmit your profile for the position.

Q: I've applied for a position, now what?
A: Once your resume is submitted, a recruiter will review it. If there is an interest, you will be contacted.

Q: How do I rerun a "saved" search?
A: You may rerun the search at any time by going to My Searches and clicking on the link under the Job Agent Title heading. If you wish to see or change the search criteria, click Edit under Action.
