The Federal Reserve Banks of Atlanta and Dallas and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation cohosted "Small Business, Entrepreneurship, and Economic Recovery: A Focus on Job Creation and Economic Stabilization," a conference focused on research and its implications for policy and practice. Mark Doms, chief economist for the U.S. Department of Commerce, and John Haltiwanger, professor of economics, University of Maryland, College Park were our luncheon keynote speakers.
